Hello. Thanks for clicking the "about" page as a way of getting to know me and understanding the purpose of my blog. I serve as the Adult Ministries Pastor at First Assembly Community Ministries in Lafayette, Indiana. One of my primary roles is to oversee the development of the First Assembly Life Group Ministry (small groups). In my role, I am often called upon to teach, preach and even lead worship. I also enjoy contributing to the overall development and alignment of ministries within the church. Assimilation and discipleship are also a part of my pastoral portfolio. My wife Tami and I have been in full time ministry for over 17 years. Tami and I are the proud parents of 10 children (6 girls and 4 boys).
The purpose of my blog is to share ideas and insights related to small group ministry and leadershp. This blog is meant to be interactive as well. I hope to hear and learn from you as well.
